This workshop is not just for serious walkers!
Walking is an everyday function, so if you're walking the dog, shopping, fell walking, climbing the stairs instead of taking the lift, you want the freedom to move and enjoy it!!! To move comfortably, you need to start with awareness of how you walk and ways that canhelp you change your habits that are inhibiting your movement.
We will spend the day exploring the way we function and balance in movement and how, through new awareness and some simple changes, we can have the freedom to move and enjoy walking on air!

You will need your walking boots as we will be taking a short walk outside at the start and end of the workshop! (Depending on the weather!!) Warm clothing and a Mat!
