By Car: PARK IN BOOTH'S CAR PARK. From traffic lights in Town centre by Town Hall - turn left up All Hallows Lane - take 1st right after parade of shops into Low Fellside. After 50 metres you will see Sepulchre Lane on left opposite Quiggins Kendal Mint Cake factory. Proceed another 100metres into Booths car park. Walk back to Sepulchre Lane. Walk 20metres up the cobbled lane - (or use steps adjacent).Turn first right past the first cottage on the left called Still Point (or straight ahead if using steps).The Fellside Centre is through a wrought iron gate ahead of you and through a porched entrance on the left.
High Intensity Pilates
HIP Pilates is short for High Intensity Pilates combines Pilates principles with squats, lunges, plank and small hand weights. This is now the first 20 mins in the Thursday intermediate class and the class keeps flowing from there on.
HIP Pilates™ is aimed at raising heart rate and improving overall functionality, strength, mobility and stamina. ... This combination of high energy, faster paced movement with the precision and focus of a traditional Pilates class creates a balanced and fun workout for everyone.

These are not 'drop in classes' and are paid for in advance for a block of classes.
£10 per class.
Each class lasts 1 hour.
Mats are provided for all classes.
If you miss a class within a term you have a chance to catch up the missed session by joining another class (i.e. a credit is given). Any credit session must be completed by the end of the existing term. Missed classes cannot be converted to one to one lessons which are booked and paid for separately.
Leggings or tracksuit bottoms with a warm top - be comfortable!
