There's no excuses. Pilates is so adaptable that you can do it anywhere you can fit a mat. A hotel room while you're away, in your garden, while the TV is on or indeed on a beach. Just five minutes here and there can be very beneficial.
A workout using a Stability Ball will develop good muscle tone for your entire body, plus it can help with rehabilitation for your back, hip, shoulder injuries etc. A huge benefit is improving core strength, posture and muscle balance.
In this workshop we will be working on core strength including abdominals, shoulder stability, and strengthening legs and gluts.
